She has a master of the material but she lacks the presentation of facts and she is nervous. She needs to polish up her facts and arrange them accordingly to show how she has used her experience and team’s accomplishments in establishing what the team and the client’s needs in delivering incremental progress towards the project from start to closure.

She might be working in an environment where the saying applies “ we are practicing agile and not doing agile”
It’s a clear example of an anti pattern in her environment.

@CareerTalk :- You should give feedback at the end of the interview and make it public also so that others can also learn.

We have chosen not to share the feedback portion for several reasons. Firstly, it takes great courage and determination for individuals to face stress interviews. Feedback is a personal and unique aspect that we prefer to discuss one-on-one, as it often involves personal issues. We believe these sessions are valuable in helping individuals experience real interview stress. We invite you to join us as a guest, with both free and paid options available. We hope you appreciate the value of this experience.

And people in the market think, SM is the easy role.
This role is really vast and you will find SM’s answering as per their exposure in domain.
Keeping in mind one is conceptually correct.

Can you please post your feedback with her? That would be more helpful and will help a lot more people to structure their responses based on your feedback.

We are intentionally not publishing it; it's something personal to that person, and we all should respect that. We should thank our guests for at least coming forward and allowing us to publish this; not many people do that. Hope it helps.

@@CareersTalkTotally get the privacy part. But if you can do a video on how to respond to those question would be helpful.

@@Nickp7104 exactly, we are only already seeing the responses of person.
But the real learning would be how to respond in a better way.
