Greetings. Thx for the info. Concerning the LI -runes. We really do need some kind of exchange system for the yellow and purple ones. We are drowning in them - whereas teal ones are still hard to come by - at least to have enough for all the alts with multiple LIs. A possibility to trade 10 purple ones for one teal or at any other exchange rate would really come in handy. Keep up the good work!

It's a weapon aura, I believe it's the one from the Rakish Charmer Supporter Pack.
