Zane, you ought to try B-12 vitamins. You can’t over dose on it because your body doesn’t store it and it helps keep you alert and awake without making you jittery like caffeine. You ought to look into it!!!
Omg! I've been dealing with a herniated disc too, I went to a chiropractor that helped but I still have my nerve that shoots down my leg so I know the pain, and i have 2 toddlers 😭😭 it's been 2 months with this pain. Praying for Zaynes mom!
Yes girl!! I watch dollar tree hauls too and I see so many cute things in the videos but when i go in person, I can't find anything like wth? There's like 3 dollar tree's near me and none of them carry the wide variety of baskets/storage bins and everything else I see in the videos
Awwww I feel for his mum! Ive had 2 spinal surgeries and jave had years of rehab... The pain is INSANE! Ill defo be praying for her! Ive had my L4-S1 fused in my spine, I was 27 at my first spine surgery! Make sure she follows everything exactly like they say after, never think itll be ok to do it once even if shes feeling good. I got permanent nerve damage and now have to get my bladder botoxed every 6 months to control it (thats because of the nerve damage after surgery)
I completely understand!!! My first back surgery was at 27. Got a double fusion at 32. I should have listened to the doctors for years but didn’t and got permanent nerve damage down my left leg. I hope she gets relief and listens. Big thing I learned was to not quit. If I stay down for too long it’s so much harder to get moving again. Once I learned from the doctors that it would hurt but I wasn’t damaging myself I started exercising. I get test run every 6 months to make sure I’m still being held together correctly. 😂

Little tip for cutting onions 🙌 put it in the freezer for a bit before cutting it, it freezes the enzymes for a while so your eyes won't hurt as much 😗 I do it all the time and it works for me❤
If u want some of the larger containers that u put the vanilla wafers in, Walmart has them for a really good price. They have them in all sizes and even have them in sets for like $5/$6

Get a label maker!! My husband got me one and it’s the best i write what it is and when it expires and put it on the container. It’s easy to peel off as well. Best thing ever and it looks very nice.

Dollar tree is my jam! I literally just went yesterday and grabbed some baskets and stuff 😂 it makes organizing so fun and cheap. Oh also halo top is the best. Those McCormick Grill Mates are SO DELICIOUS! I love the Mojito Lime or the Baja Citrus ones on chicken. Mixed with rice and steamed veggies and it's just this awesome and delicious bowl of yum.
A really good vitamin that will help you feel more awake is vitamin B-12. Take it in the morning and you will have more energy throughout the day Also the 5-hour energy drinks are just a crapload of vitamin B-12 so those are useful on those days where you are really tired and have low energy. :) I also noticed that when taking turmeric at night I sleep really well and wake up so energized and awake.
I literally organized my pantry today and totally understand the overflow but then again I am a mom of 2 lol so that snack section is more for them than my husband and I! I tried getting cute baskets like the ones you see in videos and totally failed! I feel like you’re better off spending the little extra at target or Walmart.
