When new rock comes out it makes me sad that i cant show him, for music was always our way of connecting. Bayside has a distinct style and sound. Which may mean their songs may sound the same but that's not bad. I love bayside more for the lyrical content anyway and the aggressive tone musically fits. I know what to expect every time I buy a new bayside record and that's comforting. They don't try to reinvent the wheel on every record. I love these guys
This song reminds me so much of my ex girlfriend who slowly turned into an alcoholic. It really hits and resonates on a personal level. Obviously I loved her. Part of me still does.. but she's not that person i fell in love with anymore
