amazing how nicci never figured out in all those years that if you feed the animals they will just learn to be dependent on you to feed them and then more and more will become dependent and in the end you caused massive harm in trying to do good.

It is a very old ideology & "evil", we are dealing with. Just diffirent faces, but same basic playbook. We were warned many decades ago.. they tell us plainly what their plans & intentions are. Problem is too few believed it, too many fall for the "imperial order's" lies..until people figure it out & stand up, this will get worse.

Kaylan finds everyone annoying but non compare to her. She does what she wants talks back like a know it all an always goes against the man she supposedly loves
Kahlan does what she wants because she’s The Mother Confessor. The most powerful person in the. Midlands. She’s not used to anyone questioning her, but the Seeker. Of Truth, whose law is word. I love their dynamic. I love the supporting characters too.. A series worth reading, besides D. Green’s unflattering review. Though I love his channel.
She does what she believes is right and thinks for herself just as Richard asks. She is a military mastermind and understands more than most, she will take info from her councilor's unlike a lot of leaders.
To me I will not listen to this dragged out story, these little side stories drag things out as it distracts from the original story. I have lost interest!
Can't please everyone an you can't help how you feel. Having said that... I'm sure some people are literally going through life looking for a reason to tell everyone else just how they feel. Sometimes you just gotta get over it and let it go.

I liked her my first read through. It wasn't until I heard Nick Sullivan's reading that I realized how terrible she is.

That's the excitement. You can make it a short story. Otherwise it's not a series. Your supposed to look forward to the next part and what's going on.
