    Well Done! I have cut trails on my property as well, the deer have made good use of them. I have also cut some trails that intersect perpendicular to the main trails which creates intersections for good stand locations.

    Really well put together and thought out presentation on what you're doing for a trail. Working on a project doing some of the same except using shrubs that retain their leaves for when the marsh grasses fall down. Keep these great videos coming!

      We do! If we feel the trail is getting enough sunlight and is a deer trail (not hunter access) we will seed with perennial clover.

    Holy shit..I haven't seen that many deer in one spot since I was a little kid in the late 80s

    Do you put these trails in the open hard woods to connect different bedding pockets?

      It's more difficult to put a trail through open woods as there is not much edge, but you can do it. Just not as predictable.
