You talking about your painful cramps really brought back memories. I had the same, throwing up and being sick, not being able to eat the first couple days and then I’d be fine, but eventually I got diagnosed with endometriosis. Your symptoms might be from that, but you have to have surgery to be diagnosed. Eating whole ginger (they got it at Walmart in the produce) with some tea helps with my stomach pain, but being on a progesterone only birth control has really helped me. I don’t take my placebos so I don’t have to miss work anymore or feel sick, having to explain why I’m feeling bad to people (basically I skip my periods because they’re so baaaad). Hopefully your symptoms have alleviated!
