At least some swag! I was about 5 seconds away from cutting into it with a pocket knife before I saw her video. If I would have cut it I would be pissed that the instructions sucked and never bought your brand again out of spite so she is kinda saving yo @$$.

I bought my pack in the US and brought it back to my home in Switzerland, was ready to head out for a trail run and went through the EXACT same process you did -- I laughed as I watched you go through your steps as I'd just done all those things -- and thank goodness you put together this video, or I'd have to wait until I'm back in the US to return it. And, be without water on my runs! Thank you. I agree, they should consider a nice thank you!

thanks for posting/sharing this! New pack just arrived! I figured out how to remove the slider, then was afraid to pull the top lip apart because it seemed “factory sealed”. The video helped!

I am surprised that they have never acknowledged this video...think of the number of product returns and complaints I have saved them from receiving. Oh well, the main thing is that I am helping my fellow hikers and nature enthusiasts get out doing what they love to do!! That is what is most important!

It’s impossible to wear a backpack with a chest fastening so I figured I can stick this in the map pocket on the jacket’s waist, back pocket. It all seemed like hydration problems tomorrow on my 320km round commute, but you’ve saved the day, thank you!

Yep. This bladder is rebadged for Mosko Moto tank bags for motorbike riders. I could not work out how to open it. Eventually found a comment that it is a rebadged Hydra Pack and…voila…there was your video. Thanks so much!
