Indeed, Deldan sir, yesterday we had a meeting call from the Nambardar with the villagers. There is a lot of confusion and questions among the public regarding their land issue. Additionally, there was an order to clear all the thorn within 2-3 days. The department should have issued this order 2-3 months ago, allowing ample time to cut thorn during the winter season. Nowadays, people are busy starting their spring farming sessions, and many are responsibly participating in the Save Ladakh movement at Leh. It's clear that bureaucrats try to engage public in such matters to divert our safeguard agitation. I strongly oppose this administration order and urge all the councillors to look into the matter."
