The best you can do as of 2022 is when you go to buy something scroll over to the "buy as gift option" then you can add your other profile as a friend and send whatever game or movie you want to your main account. Doesn't work with loot box type of dlcs. I just did it with metro exodus and saints row 3 remaster because they were on sale and I had to spend the money that was accidentally put on an account I don't use.
