Since the system for spin is digital... they can kind of rig it at anytime based on location, time and other varying details they acquire over the network. Unfortunately means they can really decide if they want there to be a winner or not. !0 dollars is just encouragement to buy more tickets. So I'm bit hesitant always to play again after I've ever won $10 dollars. I wait a couple weeks or month really. So it doesn't become an addiction.

I think if you get a spin win the prize should be no less than 100 and up. What's the point getting happy when you could scratch a win of 5 and up it would be knowing the spin win got you 100 or more winnings.

I have won $10x2, $20x3 and $25x1
But twice I should have landed on $100 and $1000. This was won out of 35 scratch tickets. :(
