No offense, but I think you missed the point. Hate is weakness, the opposite of strength. When Finis, in her rage and despair, sang the song of mortality, time stopped for her and she became immortal, forced to endure the hell of seeing kingdoms, empires and civilizations rise and fall again, and worst of all seeing the one she had loved be reincarnated again and again but knowing there had only been one Henry she had loved, and that nothing would bring him back. She even resolved to end the world to try and free herself. Rin reminded her of everything she had forgotten, about all in humanity that was worth saving, and that joy could be found even through the end of despair. When Rin sacrificed herself, Finis appeared surprised by the sound of her own heartbeat - a sign that time had started for her again. And we see a scene of her pregnant in the epilogue - the child she and Henry had conceived together many hundreds of thousands of years earlier on the last night they spent together. The lesson was that by giving in to hate and despair, by losing all hope, she had been denying herself this last remembrance of her love for all this time.
