It’s amazing to see the result but the thing I want to add is you can add lemon instead of honey in the morning as honey has more calorie and try to avoid calorie foods during your fasting period.
In all Eastern cultures there is IF…Muslim-Ramzan…Tibetan Buddhism-Nyung nae….Hindusm-Barath…IF was always there but it’s popular now beacuse of our fasination with the western cultures…..I did OMAD lost lots of weight.

I believe you need to pay attention to your calories input too besides timing. This technique is not so easy but quite famous all over the world. Then work out like skipping ,Zumba dance
That’s how I lose weight
I stop eating junk food
