    It’s amazing to see how he has changed the narrative of what Indian food is. He’s so right about how little we know about what’s available in our own country! The ingredients he’s using seem very interesting! Love how he explained closing the loop of sustainability.

    Chef Prateek comes across as a very down to earth person. His words, “responsibility “ and “ sustainability “ shows his genuine dedication.

    Really identified with this one as an Indian. Kudos Rish
