Michael Goldsmith It’s not necessarily them being on the wrong side of a rush. The whole reason there is a rush is because the attackers feel like the defenders are too far. So kind’ve there fault, but it’s really better on the other teams for noticing a rush is possible

Yes they can and sometimes do. I think most don't as in this level of r6, most expect it and will beat the defenders. But look it up, when it works it's really good...like normal
The only rule regarding that sort of gameplay is that if an attacker dies by the hand of a defender within the first 2 seconds of the round it counts as an instant loss for the defending side. It's to stop maps that have really scuffed attacker spawns, think like Bank front door peak, where you can basically watch attackers spawn if you peak instantly. But after 2 seconds all is permitted.
