Boy story debuted very young in china so most of their promotions were in china where they can go to school and be with their parents considering they were literally children but now that the youngest is now 16 they can work more (you know child labor laws and all are less strict when you’re 16) jyp is promoting them more in Korea and elsewhere so I think we’ll be seeing more from them for a c-pop group

Anyway boystory is a cpop group that debuted in 2018 and is seniors to most of jyp artist and also the youngest group to ever to debut ever with ages 11-14 at time of their debut!!!(now ages 16-19) They have alot of amazing music!!!

Note: if I remember correctly you don’t really like high male voices (if that’s not you, apologies) so you might not like there earlier stuff because they were kids, but I think it would be awesome to see where they came from to where they are now.
*I should also note that although they were really young, in the beginning they were promoted as a “kid group”, meaning less performances, activities and overall music than regular idol groups so they have time for school and stuff. They were really well taken care of by senior groups and fans though.

They debuted in 2018 and the members were around 11 and 14 years old! JYP doesn't promote them very well, but the good news is that's changing! They are working really hard, especially now on this comeback, so please listen to their another songs like: Z.I.P, What's Poppin, WW and their new Album EP 'JI'.

First I just want to say thank you for reacting to them. Second, Theres a lot of things to talk about when it comes to BOY STORY & BOY STORY's music. They debuted back in 2018 and made their official Korean debut with their last comeback Z.I.P. This group has been in the back burner for YEARS ( to respond to your question Yes, they have been in the closet and for some reason JYP let them out now. which is the best decision that man has ever made.) BOY STORY is a group that consists of 6 members: He Xinlong- 3:16 (18), Ren Shuyang - 3:25 (16), Yu Zeyu- 3:36 (18), Gou Mingrui- 3:44 (17), Jia Hanyu- 4:12 (19), and lastly Li Zihao- 4:19 (19). I really hope people will truly follow them and support them because with the amount of time that was taken from their youth, they deserve more recognition than they get. Something that i have noticed...
-- JYP groups: Noisy music, very loud (this is why their groups aren't doing well in south korea, but have huge fanbase overseas)
-- SM groups: Experimental, vocal heavy (their long reign before hybe made them have a big and balanced fandom in overseas and local)
-- YG groups: HipHop, swagger (not so good in overseas or local, only 2 of their artists are doing well overseas - BP, babymonster- and one local -akmu-)
-- HYBE groups: Minimalistic, fresh and diverse (this is why they are doing amazingly both in south korea/asia and the west. The biggest kpop company)
