หลังจากนายกฯเศรษฐา ทวีสินเคยบอกว่าจากนี้ไปหากมีอะไรที่จะสื่อสารกับแบงก์ชาติก็จะสื่อสารผ่านกระทรวงการคลัง ทางรัฐมนตรีคลังคือคุณพิชัย ชุณหวชิร ก็เลยนัดผู้ว่าแบงก์ชาติมาหารือแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นครั้งแรก หลังจากคุณพิชัยเข้ามารับตำแหน่ง เป็นการพูดคุยกันแบบไม่เป็นทางการที่กระทรวงการคลัง
