So so glad you noticed :) It's just an experiment to see whether it makes a difference to the overall viewing experience. I was thinking of testing different background music volume as well. The next experiment, I will test it with a lower volume.
Thank you for your detailed blog on this air bnb, it was very informative. I have some query : Did you find the elevator/lift finally? Was it too far off from the apartment?
Yes the elevator is at the back of the entrance and you can see the corridor at 1:55 One thing to add, the host is truly very amazing and attentive. I still keep in touch with them after all this time too.
I'm not a AirBnB fan, used them several times in various countries but never truly satisfied. Vietnam has great options when it comes to mid-range hotels. . Maybe not so much in Hanoi. I was pretty satisfied with the hotel options. Pretty clean as well, which I can't say for AirBnB.
Since I visit Vietnam quite often especially this year, I do tend to switch it up between hotels and Airbnbs. Strangely I do find more privacy at Airbnbs since no one is monitoring who goes in and out of the premise when compared to those small hotels in either HCMC or Hanoi. Hotels do offer more convenience due to their location though.
@@joesjournals I'm doing recording at a few places for brunch and lunch on 11th (Fri). You want to join me for that? If you are busy with work, we can also meet up for dinner on 10th Thurs. Whichever is convenient for you buddy.
I really enjoyed this video. I find it interesting you use soft music for the background. I quite like it. Why did you decide to include music?
