I would do this. I'm not married to Justin Hardee or Tony Brown being CB 4/5. Adoree also was a gunner for the Giants as well as a returner and a decent corner on the outside and in. I would have him on active roster as CB 4 with Mitchell inactive. This allows us to carry 5 to 6 safeties on the active roster. We will play more 3 safety lineups than 3 corner. More a rotation at cornerback. Adoree fits the bill.

@@BrownsReport OK. Then who do you have faith in after Njoku? We have a corral full of RB's even after thinning out the herd several of which could well be good.
LB is sort of a weakness but not as much as it would have been as there will be many 2 LB sets-as for TE Njoku is a beast-what are you concerned about? Jordan Akins? Or no 2 TE sets? Until I see Chubb I do think RB is their biggest weakness-while Ford had a respectable 4 YPC if you delete his 2 69 yard runs his YPC drops to 3.3 which is unacceptable

If I were seeking a trade with this current roster it would have to be Devin Bush and a 5th rd pick for Bobby Okereke!

If the Browns want to sign a Cornerback then if I was Andrew Berry I would wait until after rosters get cut down to the 53 man limit .
