I’ve always been honest with her. I told her what I thought of her and how she made me feel. I wanted marriage with her. It’s her that’s caused me to be the way I am now only due to her pulling away from me and shutting me out and cancelling our plans and seeing things that weren’t there and blowing up at me when all I’ve done is try to support her. I do still love her and nobody will replace her. I am not dating anybody else because I do not want to give my next person false hope. This is deeply impactful to me at this time. I do have an area of deep complex trauma that was triggered by my person years ago. My running away was misunderstood until we keyed in on one another early this year, and my person began to learn more about me. This trauma is something I've tried to resolve and haven't been all that successful. It would have a negative affect on our intimate relationship once that's established, so it needs to be resolved. I wish this was how my DM felt but it’s not the case. I’ve healed & I’ve had to move on because he did not honor his word.
