it is made on the same tibia open source engine and the developers have stated they took the things they enjoyed from tibia and ultima online and made this. so to answer your question yes in a way :D

yeah it happens prices always changing unfortunately
and if you have a craft room and a bed in your community land house you can boost your exp gain by 10% at least
yessir, i didn't have my crafting room setup hence i only showed this method :)
