Yes, on every ship and line I have been on you can hear your neighbors especially in the hallways. Usually at night the noise settles quite a bit but the hallway noise can sometimes be loud, briefly. I bring a fan with me, a noisy fan to help with that and I hardly hear anything. Thank you for watching!

Hi, usually you can - weather contingent. Ask your room steward once on board. I know sometimes they close them for specific reasons and then open them back up. I see people have banks of balconies open all the time. Have fun!

Steve Hughes she is pretty similar, the decor is a bit different between the two and the small differences here and there as the two ships have been updated in slightly indifferent ways. The water park is better on the Freedom and the beds are more comfortable, too but the Freedom does not have the USB ports. For reasons I can’t pinpoint the Freedom is still my preferred ship however the Valor did not disappoint. So I’ve not been too specific but hope that answers your question somewhat! 😃
