If IGg is positive it can be acquired in Gestation Period / during pregnancy

Positive IgG has no clinical significance. It is just suggestive of passive transfer not of any active disease

IG g can be transmitted from mother to fetus ?? Mother Antibodies?

IgG can be transmitted from the mother but it doesn't tell active infection

Peri ventricular calcification are seen. We got the CT cranium also done which was normal
