      Yes it was modified to suit the yezdi.. I won't recommend it now as more superior cdi s are available now.

      It costed me around 25k.it will be a lot cheaper in bangalore i guess.

      Yes it had but not a bend. It was not alligned properly

    Which t stem you are using for 220 fork and the under bracket.. Did u fit the full assembly of 220, does it fits directly to Yezdi cl2..my yezdi has RD350 shockups and due to thr turning radius is less.. So i am looking forward alter the best t steam which fits to Rd350 suspension on Yezdi.. Suggestions please

      Yes except the fork tube all parts are from a 220 . The fork tube is from some other bike i forgot which bike it was.

      I have seen people fix yamaha fz's suspension setup also on the yezdi.even ktm's USD forks..i wont suggest the usd forks as it will reduce the height and would be a tiresome work to fit in. The p220 is the way to go as bajaj spares are much more cheaper than the other two.. It costed close to 25k for me around 3years ago to get the disc conversion done . The labour cost may vary from place to place... And yes the turning radius is also increased the bike no longer turns the way it used to earlier and modifications in the tank is required.

      @@bikerbuddymotovlogs yes thats the reason i am taking suggestions, bcoz i have already tried and turning radius reduces and tank alterations is also needed.. Which spoils all the looks.. Thanks for info

    The flower head increasing the peroformance is kinda myth..not yet really proved...by the way regular points tuning keeps your bike in one kick condition... I still run on points and pacco p-47y and starts on the first kick

      Rahul Reghu iam having the re carbs on mine. The points system was already in a bad state thats another reason for cdi conversion. And flowerhead is just for the looks and to keep the air cooling more effective. I heard it also increases the perfomance..

      Biker Buddy Motovlogs yep efficient cooling was what they boasted abput...but its all the more same...re carbs solves starting issues...but ideal points setting and pacco shud give troublefree operatiom

      I have all three..the original Jikov pacco and mikcard...but i use mikcard the least...

      Rahul Reghu the royal enfield was fitted by the previous owner. It is less maintanence and doesnt have that much of the overflow issue i guess..

    Which discs are you assembly on the rear, will the wheel hub be of yezdi or will change

      No disc in the rear i have converted it to rod system.

      @@karanchand7500 yeah i dropped the plan because it is too expensive and. After i reworked in the rod system the braking has improved drastically.. The disc conversion was planned in the same hub with a bit of mod in the swing arm... Was quoted close to 20k for it.. Because it required a lot of labour...

      Varies from model to model. YOU CAN GET IT FROM 80 k to 2lakh and more based on the quality of work that is done in it..

      Tvs max100 bro.but i dont recommend it now. Now better aftermarket cdis ate available in the market bro. Heard that there is something called a digital cdi and is available in Bangalore
