I thought I was getting a good deal on $ON bought 5 for $60, more at $58, and again I added 10 more shares at $54 How much lower can $ON go? Just hit 52 week lows! 😂😂
Pardon me if this has been talked about often before. Can someone tell me if EV's affect the # of chips needed in a vehicle either needing more or less? Love these guys and look forward to Joining their group. Thank you.
With the recent acquisitions revenue should benefit quickly or what’s the point, however the great revenue eraser is debt & how much debt from the acquisitions are being carried forward? That quarterly balance sheet/chart won’t show that. The auto industry is going through a tough time that I don’t see shaking out anytime soon. Just my 2 cents. Enjoy your videos
Can someone explain how Tsla, Rivn and other EV sales are at all time highs per quarter, yet on and acls struggle to sell chips? Is there a mountain of inventory the manufacturers have to use?
I would rather buy when the industry and stock are down, just think about what "cyclical" means. But, China is making affordable EVs. My main source for that is a channel that specializes in EVs. Based partly on that source, I think the American and European auto industries will depend on tariffs or import bans. China is likely to dominate auto sales to the global south, except where governments keep them out, and China would rather not depend on chips made outside the country. I don't like that, because otherwise I like On Semi for the way they kept financial strength and got assets at firesale prices. CSI thanks for the video!
Yeah I been watching Onsemi for 3 yrs now. I was hoping rate cuts would improve auto industry and as such improve Onsemi. But that ain't happening. If you got the time to wait for it. It's a good buy.
The Question is: do they profit from China EV market? If the Chinese start competing with own chips, they will lose this market. How strong is the EV market growing in western world?
I wouldn't hold any stocks through the incoming USA administration. Rather than cooperation from allies, America is going to experience accelerating confrontation from all sides. I don't see this being good for the economy of the USA or the World as a whole. If you're going to invest in any stocks at all, it should probably be those connected to the defense industry.
I added on Friday. Great video you guys!!!
Great insight. Good DCA opportunity
Can you give an update on Synopsys would love that!
Love you guys. I like the bloopers at the end. ♥

been DCAing into MCHP and to a lesser extent STM lately. One should buy the cyclical bottoms in good companies, imo.
Kasey should be trying, try 3 fingers really fast in the middle,
Auto Industry not looking good.

Can ON semi compete with the new chinese SiC competitors?
Right shoulder top forming at a price of 49.60 and below on weekly chart with rapidly rising volume. Not a good sign or a good investment.
Cadence

Cost+5% business model ain't gonna outperform semiconductors over the long-term
