I do not know for certain nore am i going to argue the possibility, but i have a strong belief that imagination and the spiritual are either one in the same, which im fairly convinced is the case, or that they are at the very least linked and maybe the imagination is the minds physical reflection of what the spirit embodies. Its my belief that imagination IS the bridge between the human mind and the fabric of what unites us with god. I think consciousness itself is very well the actual foundation of being and that itself might be the key element to finding audience with god, but the imagination seems to be the mechanism through which all that the spirit embodies enters man. It is not necessarily even something we control. Imagination is spontaneous. It very well could be what links us to divinity.
