India ki best 50 dishes wala show bhi बहुत अच्छा था। Mai recipe banati hu badhiya ban jaati hai. Taarif karate hai sab. शादियों मे banane wala khana wo bhi accha tha. वैसे aapake saare show dekhati hu. बनाती हु aapki fan hu. Thanks
Excellent presentation. Just a quick clarification- Kalpasi is not thippili, but stone flower. It is used in chettinad masala and typically not in other regions of the south. Chettinad masala also has a higher black pepper content than other masalas.
