All Access with Don Houlton and the Level 10's at IGI. In this episode we take a look at uneven bars as Don focuses on the most important part of the bars routine... The Cast Handstand. The workout starts off with a game working on hitting that handstand position. Summer is the time when new skills are mastered and in this video we get to see the beginning stages of some new release moves for the 2019 season as well as some technique work on the Tumbl Trak flex bar.
