    Cannot wait to visit Cali next year and stay for a month. Heard so many great things about Cali. I am hoping to make it a home in Colombia.

      @@saiyanchan will do. Currently waiting on the barcode from Colombian Migration so I can go. Damn airline app either didn’t say anything about it or wasn’t where I could see it. Waiting another 25 minutes. Had to pay $35 for expedited and it’s 1 hour from submission. Stay tuned.

      BAQ airport is actually in Soledad. Easy to get an Uber or inDrive at the exit. It's a quiet and organized. Everytime I go to BAQ it literally takes about 15min to clear customs.
      MDE airport is straight garbage. 3 hrs to clear customs. I will never fly international into MDE ever again. The worst.

      @@Le-it1dz yes I know. I have a driver arranged. Glad to hear customs is that fast. Panamá City seems to take forever.

    • @Le-it1dz
      @Le-it1dz 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, there's only 3 international flights arriving: PTY, FLL, and MIA. Your flight will be the only 1 in line for Migración.
      It explains why BAQ struggles with attracting more tourism.

    Are most signs at the airport in both Spanish and English?

    If you were to go to the bus terminal from the airport and then get a taxi to your hotel, how would you know which taxi to take like which ones are safe, would uber be safer? Thanks for the awesome video!

    The fact this airport doesn’t have free wifi is criminal lol.

    It looks well laid out. If I can get my ducks in a row, my plan is to head to Manaus, and then take a ferry to Tefé Brazil before winter set's in here in North Idaho. Didn't think I'd be learning Brazilian Portuguese, but it does help having a healthy understanding of Spanish.

    • @saiyanchan

      it is very well laid out. behemoth airports are just tiresome. you need to take a train to get to another terminal at some of the larger US ones... while hauling luggage around

      @@saiyanchan boy don't I know about those giant airport terminal complexes. I literally grew up learning to navigate those things. Dad was an airline pilot. Learned the meaning of hurry up and wait. I'm surprised my arms aren't longer than they are from all the luggage I carried.
