Well, that answers the question I have had about your accent and where you are from. Yet another awesome video, set in a fantastic playlist. Keep up the great work!
Featured in films such as: Penanggal: The Curse of the Malayan Vampire (2013), Mystics in Bali (1981), The Witch with Flying Head (1982, also known as Witches with Flying Heads or Fei Tou Mo Nu), The Resurrection of Angel Eyes (1988), and Mystery of the Merry Widow (1991). Floating witch heads with trailing intestines, sucking unborn children out through their mothers' birth canals is probably one of the more horrific things I've encountered in folklore.
@@GrimDarkNarrator And Salt Drinker say's there are movie's for this type of vampire, Gurps has a great book on Vampire's that's where I first read about them.
That true. I don't think I implied immortal = invulnerable though. I did read 2 of the Genevieve books a long time ago. I found them pretty odd and kinda out of place in Warhammer Fantasy. Probably because they are older than most of that fiction.

I would like the Von Carsteins more if it wasn´t for Manfred, Vlad was a way better charakter. I would say my favourite bloodlines are the Blood Dragons and Lahmians.
just wondering youve probably done a video on it (if not hey its an idea) but what book would you recommend to start with for a newbie to warhammer Fantasy?
Gotrek and Felix saga is great fun and newbie friendly. Also the Empire Army series has some great stories with protagonists from different militaries of the Empire. The Von Carstein trilogy is good if you want to read about vampires in general. Sword of Justice/Sword of Vengeance is just overall a pair of my favourite Warhammer Fantasy novels. Also the Time of Legends trilogies focusing on Nagash, Malekith and Sigmar if you want to learn a ton of background.
There's a lot of German references in Warhammer Fantasy when it comes to the region of the Empire. It is in fact based on the Holy Roman Empire around Renaissance :) Von Carstein itself is similar.
Played them for my first time of Total War which was a very bad decision because by turn 70 every fucking faction within my vicinity had declared war on me.
For info .. word Vampire is SERBIAN origin.. and we had very 1st documented vampire, Transylvania was part of writer imagination.. so don't be so proud!
Well, maybe the word might originate from there, but vampire-esque creatures existed in worldwide mythology back to the ancient times. It was mostly a joke though, cause I live in Transylvania. The origin could be anywhere as far as im concerned :)

From Transylvania huh? GDN Vampire confirmed.
I wish. I could just enchant someone else to make me money then, lol.

Always found the Penanggalan the most disturbing Vampire type, a floating head with spine & intestine's attached....true nightmare fuel.
That would make even a Strigoi flee in terror.

Being a Vampire doesn’t make you immortal!
I means that you won’t die of natural causes!
May i suggest you look into Genevieve Dieudonné, if Vampire lore should be something you‘d explore more often?
That true. I don't think I implied immortal = invulnerable though. I did read 2 of the Genevieve books a long time ago. I found them pretty odd and kinda out of place in Warhammer Fantasy. Probably because they are older than most of that fiction.
But bullets and stakes and arrows ain't natural causes 😎

Another great upload, I'd love to hear more about the other bloodlines for sure.
Thanks.
So you are Romanian. Really I would have never guessed
The secret is out.
Got me on that too 😂
SYMPHONY OF THE NIGHT LORDS!
The Night Lords would probably rule over all the Fantasy races.
If they weren't so bogged down in courtly intrigues. NOW JOIN THE NIGHT NORLDS AND TOGETHER WE SHALL RULE THE GALAXY AS GDN AND PATREON SUPPORTER 😎

Vlad was indeed a more competent leader, but too tragic for his own good.

Nice to see a fellow romanian. Are there a lot of warhammer Fans there ? Oh and in what City do you live ?
I live in Sibiu. Can't say i know many Warhammer fans where I live, but then again I don't have many friends.
