- The Walt Disney World Celebrity Circus originally aired on November 27, 1987. Join Mickey Mouse, Malcolm Jamal Warner, Lisa Bonet, Tony Randall, Kim Fields, Tim Conway, and Jim “Earnest” Varney along with 500 Clowns, lions, and elephants for this once in a lifetime event. EPCOT Centers World Showcase plays host for the breathtaking performances including:
Mickey Mouse on a trapeze suspended from a helicopter? You need to see that one! Cirque de Soleil performs in Canada, the Berousek Bears do handstands on wires with an amazing display of agility. A trapeze artist Mark Lotz works without a new, the “Wheel of destiny” and “SkyCycle” acts thrill viewers. A show that takes place daily at EPCOT Centers Daredevil Circus. A 13-year-old juggler, Anthony Gatto, performs his award willing routine and animal trainer Roby Gasser brings a comedic sea lion with a seal for a straight man.

Never did I imagine that in 2023 I’d be sent here looking for a sample that Limp Bizkit used in a song that came out in 2000!!! 8:48 is the time stamp for that sample and you’ll recognize it immediately if you’re a real one. Or old enough.

I had to do some research to figure out why that version wasn't on Spotify or Deezer and it led me here. Was the sample a Disney original composition or something?
Such a shame they didn't get the proper rights for it. It's the superior version of the song, too.

OMG - I was there during that filming! I am there behind Tony Randall and then again later behind Kim Fields and Minnie Mouse. Wow, what memories! Sad that I never got to watch this show until just now. Thank you Sam’s Disney Diary for posting this. I have been searching for years to finally see this TV special.

Wow, i just still can't believe that Limp Bizkit rally sampled this.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for uploading this, I only found out about this special from a clip of the Japanese dub and had been waiting for someone to post it ever since. I was getting worried that this would be lost media otherwise since it's not every day one can say that one time Mickey hung upside down by one foot hanging from a helicopter, and have proof of it. Thank you again.

That is one big sea lion! He reminds me of Norman, a sea lion that used to live at the National Zoo in Washington, DC. He was a big boy, too.
The only thing that would have made this better is if Carol Burnett had been there to be Mrs. Wiggins along with Tim Conway's Mr. Tudball (or maybe I should say "Mrs.-a Whiggins")
