Walls Hill Iron Age Hillfort, Renfrewshire

This Iron Age Hillfort is the largest in Renfrewshire and is thought to have been an oppidum or fortified dwelling site of the Celtic Damnonii tribe. It became a farm in medieval times - long abandoned.
