Filibuster on his own isn't hard to beat, dude might have 3 million HP (with all CotC treasures) but a ton of KB (50 I think). He has a 40 second long attack animation so it's stupidly easy to just interrupt him and reset it.

Black capy should have savage blow, keep the speed and attack speed, but it's damage can go to from 50,000 to 5,000, and remove critical
