When he’s rotating her head and until we can see her head she just turns it as much she can along with the box and then when the box comes back from the other side she quickly turns her head in the opposite direction and brings it back in the direction of the box as we all think the head rotated completely

Act #1 is pretty easy, the girl is wearing earphones in which a third guy from magician's team, who is sitting behind and observing the feed from cameras is passing on the information.
Act #2
at 8:01 when the magician turns the head of the box, the girl turns her head as far back and then turns it towards the other side waiting for the box to come and then she moves her head in sync with it.
at 8:14 it is evident the girl's body is behind the red partition and her hands are coming out of the back. There is a twisted piece of cloth already kept there which gives the illusion that the girl's body is twisted.
At 12:58, there are either two girls or the leg is a dummy, but when the girl enters the box, she hides her leg inside her own partition while the assistants pull out the leg of the other girl or the dummy.
For the Shilpa shetty act, as her height shortens, her body becomes horizontal towards the black on a platform.
