@@thorsten8790 that's entirely up to you. Our legs are naturally stronger than our arms, as you already know. So some people don't train them(specially street workout bois). But I don't think it's a bad idea to train legs. I train legs not for mass but for explosive strength and power and balance. Try out different things and then grind on what appeal to you I guess. What i would recommend if you’re struggling with strict pull ups is to do lat pull downs so you can get more used to the motion and to do what I call jumping pull ups. This means you jump to the top but try and go as slow as possible down. Once you have reached the bottom where you are hanging with your arms fully extended, you do it again. Tons of muscle is built on the eccentric portion. I think you’ll get results quickly I’ve been doing pull-ups for a little over a year (before i could do probably 1 strict pull up) but within a couple months got to 12 strict pull-ups in one set.

Massive upper body??? He weights about 11 stone wet through lol 😂😂. He’s just got low body fat, he’s not massive. Although it’s impressive strength his lower body is completely out of proportion. He needs to train legs for a good few years
I'm at 15 reps with 100 lbs between my legs, about 5 with 150. I should maybe train for one arm pull ups but I never feel like I get stronger with them.
Anyone have an advice on how to work on the swinging over the bar part of muscle ups? I can do dips and pullups but it's the swing that keeps me from being able to do a strict muscle up.
