Guessing here, but I do believe there should be a drain under that road, leading from the flooded side to where you´re pumping. Have a dig around with a spade and see if you can find and clear it. Then the flooding issue should sort itself out in the future.
to me it looks like there should be a culvert/drain there but its blocked. Maybe see if you can dig around and remove debris. You could always knock on some neighbours doors to see if they know any history of the property.
We will look into the rules when and if we ever get one. Would you need a permit for your own property as well? It would be fun, but good ones are pretty expensive. -Yvette

We havent found it yet, but we will do some digging this spring when the ground is not frozen anymore. -Yvette

What is the reasoning behind needing a permit to use a metal detector exspecially on your on property..
It would be cool if you wrote the date it was filmed somewhere, I have no idea if this is this year or previous winter or what.
This one was filmed about 3 weeks ago 😉 -Nathan
Just thought I mention it, but if my memory serves me right, you do need a permit to use a metal detector in Sweden.

@@nathanandyvette I believe it is for any use. So yes, even if it is your own land.
Or else the "Metal detector🤣Agency" will come for you. Nah, just do it
