Talking with a few QPR fans a little while back. Unbelievable they thought having a good training ground wasn't important. That may have been the case fourty or fifty years ago, when the players were on the piss and all they needed was a local rec, but now the game is far more professional than back then, and this is a must if we want to attract new players. Training grounds are where players spend most of their time, and having a shitty one makes a club look amateurish at the level we play and aspire to play.

Good to see us focusing on infrastructure. Should be good for the youth players coming through.

With this in place, it should really make a difference, not only to their training but also when they play.
At premiership clubs the most important part of the training ground is the carpark ,they like wide parking bays for all them Bentleys and Range Rovers 😉
Very important to have a proper trading ground.
Players now will not consider moving to a club with poor training facilities
