So sorry about how Dick Whites treated you and Luna. They have gone so down hill in the past year, when our dog Billie was first referred to them they were great and got her diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. We then got referred back to them last summer as she had a bad flare up and we felt so talked down to. We went there to get a test done which our vet had recommended and they just completely ignored our wishes. She was able to get that test done at our vets a few days later and it showed that she had high inflammation which would have been really important to know as Dick White just sent her home after staying the night and said she was fine! When we told our vet they couldn’t believe it and said they had heard people complaining about how Dick Whites were now running. Definitely never going back.
I’ve heard very similar things and I have taken it with a pinch of salt. It’s difficult when it’s so similar to your own experience, feeling like a practice at that level is happy to wash their hands with you and leave you in the dark, not acceptable, especially when Luna’s life was on the line. Not ok. We have raised a formal complaint. They need to know what they’ve done is not ok. 😔
