Great video Droodles. Updated: Friday night in ranked battles I saw 2 Emils per team. Alot of players from skilled clans running them.
Why WG have to make atleast one tank in a new tank line op. Like Chariotear, T92E1,Chi to SPG(its not op but very good) , Vickers CR and now Emil 1. Maye to give the players some thing ro rush for maybe and get the new tanks.
@@monkeymuncher2 you have to be new to the game or you may not have played the tank when it first released. It had LT camo and mobality MT armor and a TDs gun in an E25 size body. And at that time Rockets were op as well.
I cracked my head all weekend trying to pen the Emil1. Wasted my time every time. Impossible to face off unless you come in close. Then you find weakspots and the turret doesn’t turn as fast.
Hey Droodles, when you do videos like this showcasing tanks, would you mind going over what consumables, provisions, and equipment you run with the tank? Sometimes it's just hard to know if I should run certain things with certain tank as there's just too man damn options.
For the consumables i run multi purpose restoration pack, repair kit and improved engine power boost. For the provisions i run grilled salmon, crispbread and improved engine (the red one). For equipment i run calibrated shells, enchanced gun laying drive, vertical stabilizer, defense system, enchanced armor, toolbox, improved optics, engine accelerator and consumable delivery system. Your welcome!
50b has an awesome mobility, 10 degress depression as well, plus a good gun Autoloader with a "normal" DPM, actually It can bounce some shots. U Just need to be good , any mistake that u make on 50b like showing Just a bit the side the tank gonna hurt you. About tier 9, 50 120 still have a tier X Autoloader gun that can do 1200 damage rlly fast
@@eusoualaska7733 50b is a light version of the kranvagn: a hit and run monster that anihilates a tank and then runs laughing in french (HON HON HON BAGUETTED HON HON), while kranvagn just forces his way in front of everyone and shoots while everyone cryes because it has stupidly thick turret, thus taking out someone. Conclusion: both are really different and both are worth grinding :)

Its OP, even noobs in an emil can rekt me in my amx 50 100 and i have 62% wr in the amx. Emil has same dpm, higher AP alpha, higher HE alpha, slightly less speed with engine boost. They shouldn't give noob friendly tanks good dpm, it makes hard specialised tanks like the amx worthless.
I just got this tank a few minutes ago and played a couple games with it stock and love it lol. The kranvagn will only be my 4th tier ten tank when I get to it, I am a lil town on witch tier ten to get first bc I also have the t49 light tank at tier 8 and kind of wanted the t57 heavy until this line came out. Guess I'll just see what happens lol.
If u want to be serious the is 7 has 3 coaxial guns on its mantlet one of them being 14.5mm and another on top of its hull being 14.5mm now we have 4 machine guns. Is 7 also has 2 fixed machine guns on its turret and another 2 machine guns fixed in its hull but this time its pointing at the rear so yeah . . .is 7 has 8 secondary guns 2 Iof them being 14.5mm
the only killer is that if you get pushed you’re gonna get absolutely owned cuz of that long reload and weak ammorack. And if you facehug other tanks, Your turret armor is basically nothing. But overall it’s a balanced tank imo
JB's I had a 252U try to face hug my Emil a day ago. I bounced his 2 shots off the turret and clipped him out. Shot his hull 1 shot, other 2 shots in his cupolas.
When i played Tier 8 and using Tiger 2 with 10.5 mm gun i hate to come up face to face with emil when they are hull down i am not able to pemetrate the front turret using Ap .and i am very poor to use ACR shell lol
Soooo... Yesterday evening I was playing my Action X which I saved up for a long time to get and ran into this thing face to face. Lo and behold, NONE of my shells would pen it. Since he had help on the sides, I would have done better to just go make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I was kind of annoyed really. Oh well guess I will have to save up for this one...
It needs to be nerfed like seriously, either nerf the upper plate, or make the reload between shells in a clip longer. 21 second reload is tbh negated by the fact that you can ruin an enemy's day within 6 secs

yes it's OP right now, but I think it's more of a case similar to the hori. People will soon realize that they can go through the turret like butter with prammo and it'll become balanced. Until then, go wild with it.
Also the emil 1 is cracked in wot pc only that there the competition is more because for example the amx50 100 has six shots with 300 damage and more gun depression
u guys might think The EMIL I is OP but only if u play it correct, if someone gets behind u they can easily HE u and ofcourse its a new tank people will slowly learn to pen it like any other tank

I got the tank today and I find the armour to be week and since I don’t have a 100 percent crew yet (I have 53 percent crew) and it’s slow. It’s hard to grind
Did you get it though? I was thinking to get a clipper line and this one seems great because this line has some armor unlike t57 or 50b line? But would it be getting nerfed though?
@@eviloz9905 It depends. The T-28 defender is a TD which means it has low health compared to HTs, so you would like to be behind the HTs to support them. You have good armour so you can act like an HT increasing the no. of heavies on your team. Moreover, it has more overall armour. On the other hand, the Emil isn't bad but it is a HT so you would like to play more aggressively, plus it can hull down perfectly compared to the T-28 defender but has a slightly long reload.

100% out of context, but why is no one trying to find the ammo rack of the smasher? If everyone started damaging the smashers ammo rack/blowing its ammo rack up, the tank would be less fun to play and might get played less making the tiers 6,7 and (8) not quite so cancer to play.

the triangular plates near the front of the turret are around 200 while looking at the turret at around 45 degrees
All the tier 8 heavies armor will become paper when met the ISU BL10 gun

I skipped the 2 tanks below it and started the line on the Emil 1. Good god, is it powerful.
U should try the leo it has 290 damage per shot which is not common for medium in tier 7
Yeah. Emil 2 is soooo strong! I aced it twice in my first 8 games, blocking more than 4K dmg each game
My favorite counter to this is use the su152 with calibrated HE shells your able to pen the side of the turret

The only other thing that probably sucks on the Emil is the slow turret traverse.
When you are looking and shooting at that e75 TS it was all red on the side did you have to switch to promo the pen it?
That is spaced armor on the e75 TS, it looks red quite often but if the armor behind it is gray then you can still pen it
also emil 1 is cracked in wot pc, but there also amx 50 100 have 6 projectiles and one of the highest penetration of tier 8
Emil is the size of a cruiser tier 1 even some tier 2 are bigger than the tank in size

hey droodles; the bad fact about Emil I and Emil II ; I can pen them easily =) . (m103 with calibrated HEAT= 360-380mm TD pen)

When you realize that this tank weighs 28 tons, you should ram this tank if you are a fast heavy or a heavy medium(i.e. is-5, panther 2 etc.
