My job in I.T. just keeps me busy at my laptop all the time (and with 24/7 on-call, some days are LONG), but overall very few calories are burned doing that so I try to keep up with exercising, too. 감사합니다 , 좋은 하루 되세요! To explain it further, there wasn’t any emergency, I just happened to have one of the busy days on camera and the parts that I trimmed out were included mainly because I thought it would make the video interesting. But your concerns and worries are totally understandable. It was also my choice to finish my break early when it got busy so that I could help my coworker out to decrease the workload, it’s not that I didn’t have enough time to eat my food.
