So glad you chose A Fatal Grace by Louise Penny. I love this series and already preordered book #19 The Gray Wolf. I think there was only one in this series that I didn't race through. Love all the characters and their quirks. Ruth is FINE! You'll know when you read the book.😉 I hope you will like these books and continue the series.
I had 2 library books that I’d hoped to get to in July and didn’t so I needed to prioritize those. I decided to draw 2 cards and hope for something to work. Thank goodness it did!
I need to get back to the Inspector Gamache series! I think I'm ready for #11. They are great anytime, of course, but I really love to read them in the fall/winter.
I rolled a 6 first and chose random letter. I got W and chose Weyward on audio. Perfect because I wanted to read this! The universe was on my side! Ha! Enjoy your book!
I have been making my own reading challenges, taking ideas from different BookTubers (like you!) and then writing them into my book journal. I might vary the rules a bit depending on what suits me I guess, but it's always fun to see what new challenges come out. I am doing a bingo one, inspired by Kat (forgot where she got it...) and the roll your next read by Sarah from Sarah's Nightstand. Wish I could show you my pages!! I love your new bookshelves. Hope you enjoy your reads! :)
I love that idea. And yes, I love a challenge and documenting what I've done. Thanks my friend. Maybe one day we will meet somewhere for coffee and share book journal pages.
This looks like a fun reading challenge! That's a very unique way to choose books. I'm participating in the My Novel Life reading challenge. I shared my first video for the challenge. 😊
Louise Penny is a great choice. Love your goddess necklace too.
Thank you! I've had it for so long and I hardly ever remember to wear it. A friend gifted it to me and I need to pull it out more.
Lt gammache series is good starting book 6..
Good for you - I like it so far.
Louise Penny would be my choice too. Her books just keep getting better and better.
That is what I hear. So far, it's great.

Haha - Ruth has already said something quite offensive to all about the Pope! Can't wait to keep reading this afternoon.

I'm so glad Jayne - It's hard to put this in the hands of fate. haha

Yes, this one is definitely winter! But maybe I will make me feel less dragged down by this extreme heat

Let me know what you think. I've been on the fence about that one - will it be good? I will trust your judgement.
