This is my state's park. I went this past May for a band field trip with my students. It hasn't been the same since I went in 2011. Many of the attractions were down and most rides were not running. This park used to get packed and had some fun thrill and family rides. The funnel cakes are still the same: Large and delicious. Hopefully with the merger than just went through, the park can get back to it's glory.

Everything basically is running. I go there almost every weekend. Like he said, it's just that you went in May when the park just opened so they were still getting things moving.

Damn, where is everyone? it's summer and not even crowded. I haven't been here in 10+ years, used to be wall to wall people.
People were lining up and waiting for the rides :)
