  • Inside New York's Most Expensive Home.
Take a look at this logo. It’s recognized all over the world. People put it on shirts on their bodies, or put it on cups and drink from it.
The, “I heart NY” logo, is used to promote tourism in the State of New York, and by God, it’s been successful. Monuments and places like the Statue of Liberty or Central Park are worldwide famous.
The State of New York is known for being very dynamic with almost every experience possible from having discussions with homeless people in the subway, to seeing famous actors shooting a blockbuster movie.
But in this video, we’ll be going off the streets to the more quiet places, which obviously, is where the wealthy are. In this video, we’ll be looking at the five most expensive homes in the State of New York. From penthouses with eagle-eye views to Japanese-styled homes, some of these condos will blow your mind!
    Chapters:
    00:00 Introduction
    00:46 Le Penthouse, $98 Million
    02:11 The Pinnacle, $110 Million
    03:19 Unit 79, 432 Park Avenue, $135 Million
    05:27 Residence 127/128, $150 Million
    06:21 432 Avenue Penthouse, $169 Million

Another clickbait title. It's like using all of NYC real estate and writing "Inside New York's Most Expensive multi-trillion-dollar Home". Please stop doing this sh*t

I especially love the green and expansive gardens at 432 Avenue Penthouse. Yes, it's a true modern marvel. What a joke. No thanks.

The last home was amazing. The small bedrooms with two huge windows. That would help me get up in the AM because I can see the world. Inspiring. Then you have that large sitting room with the couches in a circle. This is nice because most NYC rooms are thin. The Japanese style house doesn't suit me because I cannot sit on the floor.

Why does the title say $662,000,000 HOME when the price is actually divided between FIVE residences? Please don't do that - they're all impressive enough for it not to be necessary to ultra-hype the video with a misleading title.

Sorry not for me, I have this height issue called fear. My head was turning just looking out the windows, not to mention my racing heart. I'll stay to those single story houses. What happens during Earthquakes or a fire, no elevator rides down? Or even an elevator breaks down or for routine maintenance?

I still feel surprise when people underestimate the power of passive income. Recently, I was having a conversation with a tech friend and he literally asked me how do I still survive, get everything I want and still be financially stable, I smiled and told him it was literally Passive income (Bitcoin investment, stock and real estate). Then, he swore on his life that passive income can't generate these much incomes. After the conversation ended, I was thinking and felt surprised about people being in the 21st century and in the year 2021 and still don't trust Bitcoin investment, cryptocurrency, stock and the real estate investment, Honestly, it looked funny but very annoying. Great vid anyway 👏👏👏

It reminded me of a memorial building for the cremate,, White wall marble, White floor tiles,White ceiling,, chrome urns with some plastic flowers 20 feet high..
the last one is the best,,, not for the price, it's over rated but for the fact it have some color,,, All the others were Sterile, and plan,, no character,,some , mega rich prove one thing,,,
The Richer you are the more expensive happiness becomes,
i can imagine the builders discussing the price.
How can we ask for 95 mil for this space??
Oh easy,, just add 9 bathrooms,,
they always fall for that one!

I subscribed b/c I love the opulence and the borderline obscene luxury and your evident enthusiasm.
How-EVER (ahem), can you please cut the lies of omission? This was posted on 11/08? And you're blissfully unaware of the fact that 432 Park is the physical manifestation of the "Architectural Encyclopedia Of BLUNDER?" Come on, man! Get real! How long ago was this shot? The mistakes made in the construction of that building are now legendary. Water damage from burst pipelines, malfunctioning elevators, the artwork destroyed on the upper floors from said water damage, the environmental nightmare of fossil fuel consumption for one building that DWARFS the amount of most American TOWNS! And how about the massive lawsuit against the Builder for misrepresentation of construction facts, on and on and on and on. Why would you purposely put something out there that is misleading? I enjoy the vicarious thrill of seeing these places, but I would never want to live in one. I believe that the secret to life is to be content with what you have but never lose your desire for something better IF you can obtain it without hurting, defrauding, stealing from someone else along the way And most of the residents of these quarter-billion-dollar homes have done precisely that actively, or passably; it doesn't matter. They took advantage of something or someone or did not pay their share of something they are responsible for paying, and now they're paying the price. Because, simply out, 432 Park is a disaster. Look at the New York Times, look at YIMBY.com, the New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, the New Yorker, just to name a few. Everyone knows that this was the biggest mistake made in Manhattan real estate in the last 40 years. So can you knock off the pandering and report some facts? Please? It would be greatly appreciated.
    Sincerely, THEONEMADMANSHOW.

PS: The decor of the top unit of 432 Park DOES reinforce one common theme in this world: no matter how wealthy, money can't buy good taste. Those curtains, the hideously incongruous furniture selection for a few of the rooms in an ultra-modern and sleek environment that look like Ethan Allen Oak turned on a lathe in the 18th century, plus many more are the epitome of atrocious. And the smarmy and smug salesman does nothing to soften the blow. You're welcome.

Two things, first the price of the penthouse is 169.000.000 and it's sold, second of all "richness" is the byproduct of productiveness, and by watching the a video of the most expensive penthouse in the world you're not gonna improve!
