Panasonic Double Cassette deck cassette mechanism explained

Panasonic decks use this tape mechanism which has a TPS, tape positioning system. In almost all cassette decks this mechanism is used.
I have explained the basic components of the mechanism and will upload a full teardown and reassembling tutorial soon.
