Nice video, but in my case Springboot with React app need to be deployed into Azure cloud. Looks everything is same, had some issue with azure-pipelines.yml and getting error as "npm ERR! enoent ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/home/vsts/work/package.json'"

I believe you are trying to deploy a React application. You will have to add npm task in the build pipeline rather than maven. And in the release pipeline, you will have to refer the build artifact to deploy it on app service.
