jose perez My fucking friend and I were joking about it being nine months since _Saturation III,_ but never once did I consider that with the cover art. Holy shit.
I love how passionate he gets listening to this album because honestly I have the same reactions even when no ones watching. So I know its genuine. JOBA and BearFace are shining more than ever and its beautiful. This album still needs more Merlyn in it ffs. He is so interesting.
@@Contributron For real! Crazy ass abrasive beats. Merlyn is known for his wild and abrasive style! He was really low key sounding this entire album though. It was a very weird choice. Think about J'OUVERT. JOBA is practically screaming and then Merlyn is up next and I'm like WTF he is so calm
Untitled Name Gang Merlyn’s verse on J’ouvert along with that beat switch made the track for me. First you hear that percussion and trumpet sample, then “I be in my bag. Goin iiiiinnn.” His smoothness on that track somehow made it hit even harder

BloomyDays I love this guy too I honestly feel like crying when I listen to BH. Their music has so much authenticity and emotions it’s RAW. the energy is groundbreaking.
Too many people expected them to stagnate. Happens everytime an artist deviates. The illusion of an album being underwhelming is almost always a result of diverted expectations
Ya'll don't understand how amazing Fabric sounded live. Having that blasted full volume is an insane experience. I'm so glad I was at the New Zealand show. Having them play the entire album front to back, then playing all the classic bangers on top of that.
I really don't get how people think this album is bad or mediocre. I understand it's all subjective but no one really gives any reason for saying it's bad other than that it's simply not Saturation.
"What The!?" Dude exactly. I feel like people dove into this album only with the purpose of hating it or not liking it. People were saying the same thing about saturation 3. Nowadays brockhampton is under even more of that scrutinization due to ameer being gone. People being negative simply to be contrarian.
I imagine the main issue is the production being a bit samey throughout, despite the beat switches. That and a lack of catchy hooks. As a result it all kind of blends together, though whether in a good or bad way I'm still uncertain.
The underwritten edgy lyrics, uncatchy hooks, forced experimental production, jobas awkward lyrics and flow, none of these songs bop. There was something on happening on District and then 20 seconds in it sounds like my auxcord when I tap it. I dunno how you guys don't see the very obvious flaws of the new brockhampton music, especially joba.
-The production really didn't offer anything new. -The songs sound very unorganized and just randomly thrown together. -Its kinda inconsistent -The bangers dont feel like they belong into this album -Bearfaces singing got too repetitive So that are the reasons why i think the album is only a 5-6/10
Knowing Dom was only there for 6 days changes my view of his verses so much. Not only are they amazing, but he did it in such a short amount of time. I can’t even understand that amount of talent.
