That blue cutting tool isn't needed if you already have a cable cutting tool with rounded jaws. All one has to do is re-round out the cable that is slightly crushed. There is no mention of the other parts of that strip tool or any adjustments.
A little disappointing that the tool names wouldn't be detailed and linked in the video description, rather than leaving it up to a later viewer to make reference to them in the COMMENTS of yet another video.
