The one main thing I agree with you consistently is that folks whose first order of business after getting a GX460 is to get bigger tires or lift etc. are quite frequently folks with solutions in search of a problem. It's silly seeing people spend more time wrenching or in the shop than actually enjoying the trails.
I'll argue that lifting and modding immediately ruins the ride so much that the driver never actually establishes core confidence and technique. The lift causes tippyness which erodes confidence and then they ironically think more lifting will then solve the issue... it's a snowball effect

Don't get me wrong as a Saudi man, this journey is easy
one's own experience level will dictate their comfort level... the trail ratings out here are based on "moderate skill'.... more skills and you'll call this easy, less skills and you'll call it difficult... the sign says "moderate". Also the camera, drivers in this video "make it look easy".. less experience drivers would be going very slow in many sections basically crawling

Your videos should have been used by Lexus/Toyota for marketing purposes to show what a near stock GX 460 is actually capable of doing without major modifications. From all the off road driving you have done with this vehicle, it speaks very well of this platform.

Great video honestly even just Bilstein 5100 at bare min mod is all these trucks need and I’ve been content on my GX. I thought about even lifting my rears but have decided against it now I might even dial back my lift one notch to less than a inch now just because of fuel economy.
