Overall both are fine. It's just the matter of convenience for the applicant.
In Lahore one should prefer FC college center

PTE is kinda easy than IELTS and it is accepted world wide . You should go for it .

sir i have a question in the centre we allot separate space or not? like during read aloud, other students will also be present and thus this may cause background distraction.
It'll be in a same room. Headphones there will have noise cancellation feature so you don't have to worry about the noise
