I’ve tried forever to get into these guys and I just find nothing even remotely memorable or catchy about their songs. Can you point me in the right direction?
@@jeff7764 yes. I will try to convert you to a believer! They are a great band that has really progressed and constantly changed their sound over the years. Vocals are shared by the bass player (Brendan) and Chris the guitar player so you'll have songs sung by either of them so it's a good change up between style and songs. I'd say go listen to their latest album "Skeleton Coast" and "Metropole". These are a bit more "mature" sounding and are both great. "October Blood" "Beautiful Things" "Paradise Shitty" are great off of Metropole. "Don't Look At Me" and " Last, Last Words" are great off of Skeleton Coast. A lot of their older stuff is good like "Are you there God? Its me, Margaret" and "Fireflies". Every band isn't for everyone but you should give these guys a chance to grow on you. They are amazing live if you ever get the chance to see them. What music/ bands are you listening to currently?
@@islamicsalami7208 thanks for the reply, I will check everything out that you mentioned. I’ve been listening to a shitload of Propagandhi latley along with Pulley, Alkaline Trio, new found glory, Chevelle, Tiltwheel, Hidden Spots, Ani Difranco, Soccer Mommy, Hum (the greatest band in existence) Samiam , that sort of stuff
@@jeff7764 yeah man no problem. Hope those songs change your mind about these guys. That's a good mix you've got going on for sure. I love Alkaline Trio, been a fan for almost 20 years. I think they are coming out with a new album soon as they just put out a n ew single. Samiam is just amazing and has been around forever. Love those guys. i'll have to check out Soccer Mommy. If you like Pulley, check out the album "Rev" by Ten Foot Pole. It's the band the lead singer of Pulley was in before starting Pulley. He was only on that 1 album before Ten Foot Pole got a new lead singer. "Broken Bubble" and "Closer to Grey" are good songs off of that album. Also check out the band Crime In Stereo, you may like them. "Bicycles for Afganistan" "Gravity Grace" and "Small Skeletal" are great songs by them. Since you're a Propagandhi fan, ever listen to "The Weakerthans"? One of the former members of Propaghandi started it. Really good band, especially if you like Hum. "Diagnosis" , "Aside" and "Anchorless" are just amazing songs. Homework assignment: Check all of these out and report back what you think! Good listening, my friend!
@@islamicsalami7208 yes, ten foot pole is f’n awesome, I actually just picked that album up on vinyl. Also don’t forget about Small Brown Bike amazing album “our own wars” I will check all those out for sure and yes I’m a huge Weakerthans fan as well, “reconstruction site” is flawless from start to finish- incredible songwriter. Todd the Rods first band I-Spy is pretty f’n incredible as well.
Havent seen these guys live in atleast ten years! They sound better than ever, give the security something to do next time my fellow old timers haha. Love you guys
El tipo de seguridad que está aquí parado.. lo odio hahah tiene detrás suyo a la mejor puta banda del mundo y el tío ni es inmuta. Es su trabajo si.. pero lo odio igual 😂
Trying to pay attention to my favorite band of all time, but can’t stop staring at Jen Rezavi 😊

Nice set for 30 mins…prob hard to choose which songs to play, but such is the life of a band in our demographic (age-wise 😂). 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Something is going on
Guys in front are part of a security company or a local gang?!😮
The guy in the keffiya gets 5 stars these drunk dads get lolz
Chris > Brendan, and Hennessey FTW!
Shady racially ambiguous security with their face masks 😂 fuck this scene.
